摘要
为了比较两种气功对模拟失重的对抗能力,观察了77名男性青年被试者。其中10名为未练过任何气功的对照组;17名为大专气功二年级学生,修练动功1年多为气功1组。50名相当于大专的气功师资班学生练的是智能气功,为气功Ⅱ组。以受试者头低位(─30°)30min作为模拟失重的急性刺激,观察心搏量、下肢血流、血压、心率、膻中和劳宫穴的皮肤温度变化。结果表明,在头低位(─30°)的刺激下,气功组的下肢血流增加,明显高于对照组,且具有统计学意义。而气功Ⅱ组又好于气功Ⅰ组。对照组的舒张血压升高,达14%,而气功Ⅰ组只增加4%,气功Ⅱ组则未有增减。同时,气功组的膻中、劳宫穴皮肤温度也明显高于对照组。证明,气功组与对照组相比,有较高的对抗模拟失重能力。两组气功组相比,则气功Ⅱ组对模拟失重有更好的对抗能力。
Healthy subjects were divided into three groups.The control group includes 10male aged 19.8±1.4years;Qigong group includes 17 male aged 20.7± 1.6 years;Qigonggroup Ⅱ includes 50 male aged 22.5±1.9 years.The subjects in control group has not beentrained,while subjects in Qigong Ⅰ and Qigong Ⅱ have been trained to practice Qigong butwith different methods for one vear.Head-down-tilt(-30°)for 30 min was used asweightlessness simulation.Changes of strike volume(SV).lower limb blood flow(LBF).blood pressure,heart rate and temperature at Shanzhong,Laogong were measured and com-pared.The results clearly showed that both Qigong groups had improved counteragent a-gainst weightlessness stimulation and the method used by Qigong group Ⅱ is more effective.
