摘要
利用摄像法对气体在液态金属中的穿透深度进行了实验研究.在实验基础上,通过量纲分析,分别得出了气体无量纲水平和垂直穿透深度的经验表达式.结果表明,当修正弗劳德数和喷嘴倾角一定时,随着喷嘴直径的增大,气体水平和垂直穿透深度增大;当喷嘴直径和喷嘴倾角一定时,气体水平和垂直穿透深度均随着修正弗劳德数的增加而增大.
An experimental study on Penetration depths of gas in liquid metal is made by TV camera.Based on the experimental results and dimensional analysis,the empirical equations for horizontal and vertical Penetration depths are obtained respectively. The results show that as the nozzle diameter increases,both horizontal and vertical penetration depths increase when modified Froude Number and nozzle angle are constant. Both horizontal and vertical penetration depths are increased with the Froude Number for the givennozzle diameter and angle.
