中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎40例

Treatment of Tubercular Meningitis with Integrated TCM and WM,a Report of 40 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法:在抗结核西药治疗基础上配合中药治疗40例,并与单纯西药治疗37例对照观察。结果:治疗组中治愈19例,显效15例,好转4例,无效2例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组中治愈10例,显效12例,好转7例,无效8例,总有效率为78.4%。两组比较有显著差异(χ2=4.69,P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗本病可明显提高疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of integrated TCM and WM in treating tubercular meningitis. Method ：40 patients with tubercular meningitis were treated with integrated TCM and WM ~37 patients treated with WM were set up as the control group. Result：In the treatment group,19 cases cured, 15 cases significantly effective,4 cases turned better,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 95. 0%. In the control group, 10 cases cured, 12 cases significantly effective, 7 cases turned better,8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 78. 4%. The difference between the two groups was notable （x^2 = 4.69,P 〈0.05） . Conclusion： Integrated TCM and WM could improve the effect of treating tubercular meningitis.
