摘要
人才尤其是关键人才的流失不仅会带来人力资源的弱化,而且有可能导致企业内部资源的重大损失,并进而威胁到其市场竞争力和发展潜力。因而,采取有效措施,防范企业人才尤其是关键人才的流失,并注意将其与内部资源的保护结合起来,具有重要的意义。
