鹅源腺病毒基因组E3区的鉴定和分析

Identification and analysis of E3 region of adenovirus isolated from geese

在构建鹅源腺病毒Y81G4株Hind文库的基础上,通过特定的引物采用PCR方法从腺病毒文库的A片段中扩增并序列分析鉴定了腺病毒的E3区。E3区二端分别是保守性较强的pⅧ基因和纤维蛋白基因。和人腺病毒E3区相比,鹅源腺病毒E3区具有以下二个显著特征:(1)长度较短,全长仅为238个核苷酸;(2)E3区不具有明显的编码框。本研究也进一步证实了此鹅源腺病毒应归类于Ⅲ型禽腺病毒。

E3 region of adenovirus （Y81CA strain） isolated from geese was amplified with a pair of special primers by PCR. The sequence of E3 were analysesed which located between pⅧ gene and fiber gene. Compared with E3 of human adenovirus, there were two distinct characterization on E3 of geese adenovirus： （ 1 ）The length of E3 was very short （ only 238 bp） ; （2） There was no distinct ORF in E3 re,on. This study also proved that geese adenovirus Y81G4 strain should be classified into aviadenovirus type Ⅲ .
