Lining Defect Inspection and Heat Reservation for Heating Equipment by Infrared Technique

利用红外热图进行热设备内衬损伤诊断和技术分析以及对外保温效果进行评定是一种快速、准确、非接触的新方法。这种方法的计算机分析结果与理论分析结果一致并进行了误差分析。这一技术对准确确定热设备内衬损伤的部位以及提出合理维修建设，意义重大。

It is a new, fast. accurate and unattached method to realize the Lining Defect Inspection and the evaluation of heat reservation by analyzing infrared images of the equipment . Results from infrared images analysis by computer program show that they are coincident with the ones from theoretical analysis and the differences between the two results are also analysized. This techhique is very important in locating the defects and to propose rational repairing suggestions.
