氦氖激光对牙龈卟啉菌杀菌作用及形态影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究氦氖激光照射对牙龈卟啉菌杀菌及形态的影响,以期寻求治疗牙周炎的新手段.方法:用功率为6.3 mW的氦氖激光照射牙龈卟啉菌,将细菌分为1个空白对照组和5个实验组,分别用不同照射时间(16、32、48、64、80 min)的氦氖激光(波长632.8 nm,功率6.3 mW)进行照射,数活菌数和透射电镜下观察其形态学改变.结果:氦氖激光照射前后活细菌数无显著变化,但菌体的形态产生明显固缩.结论:单纯氦氖激光照射Pg,无明显的杀菌作用,但能使菌体形态发生变化. Objective: To find a new way for curing periodontitis through investigating the influence of He - Ne laser on porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg). Methods: Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) were irradiated by the He- Ne laser which had a power output of 6.3 mW. The bacterium of Pg were separated into 6 groups which including 5 experimental groups and 1 negative control group. The experimental groups were irradiated with He - Ne laser (wavelength: 632.8 nm, power of output: 6.3 mW) at different time (16, 32, 48, 64, 80 min). Living bacterium of Pg were counted after treated and the morphological changes of Pg were observed by transmission electron microscope. Result: The amount of living bacterium: there is no sig- nificant difference before and after irradiated by the He - Ne laser at different time. Transmission electron microscope: the longer time the bacterium were exposed under the He- Ne laser, the more significant shrinkage there was. Conclusion: There was no significant inhibition or killing effect of He- Ne laser on the bacterium of Pg.
