摘要
根据特大功率烟气轮机转子销孔的加工要求,以及两种合金材料的机械性能,论述了绞刀材料的选择及刀具几何参数的设计,给出了加工销孔的工艺路线和使用效果。
According both to the requirements for machining the pin -hole on the rotor assembly of the gas expander and the machining characteristics of two kinds of alloy, after discussing selection of the reamer material as well as its geometric parameter design, a machining technique is outlined, thus the effectiveness is reached.
