根据航空武器装备研制项目的异地协同工作方式对项目管理提出的新要求,通过分析航空武器装备研制项目管理活动中的各种内在规律和相互依赖关系,提出了面向异地协同工作的项目管理结构模型,并对模型结构进行了详细分析,该模型能够很好的适应航空武器装备研制异地协同工作项目管理的需要。

According to the requirements of Aeronautical model research project management oriented collaborative work in different places, this paper put forward the structure models of project management oriented collaborative work in different places , on the basis of the feature of aeronautical model research project management. Furthermore the structure models are described in detail. The model can commendably satisfy the requirements of Aeronautical model research project management oriented collaborative work in different places
