用点匹配法计算了与偏振无关调制器的半波电压，用ＦＦＴ－ＢＰＭ法分析两平行波导之间的耦合，设计制作了在１．
Half-wave voltage of modulator is computed with point matching method.The coupling of two parallel waveguides is analysed with FFT-BPM.A polarization-independent modulator at λ=1 3μm is desinned and fabricated.
