摘要
通过对车用点火线圈高压击穿的机理分析,提出了采用树脂真空灌封技术的必要性。同时,详述了灌封技术出现问题的解决方法和灌封技术须注意的事项。
In this paper, the necessity of using vacuum encapsulation process for resin system of mobile ignition coil was indicated through analysing the high voltage break down mechanism of mobile ignition coil and the problem in encapsulation process, its resolve methods and some matters need attention were also discribed in detail mean w hile.
