摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)和CT仿真内镜(CTVE)用于软腭肿瘤的诊断价值。 资料与方 法 本组15例中涎腺混合瘤8例,海绵状血管瘤2例,鳞状细胞癌3例,黏液表皮样囊肿2例。将螺旋CT容积扫 描获得的图像数据在GE 4.0 AW工作站上进行MPR和CTVE重建。 结果 15例软腭肿瘤的矢状面和冠状面MPR 表现软腭不同程度肿大,口咽腔和鼻咽腔均不同程度狭窄。涎腺混合瘤、黏液表皮样囊肿密度略低,周围境界清 楚;鳞状细胞癌周围境界不清,表面不规则;海绵状血管瘤软腭弥漫性增厚。CTVE显示软腭口咽腔侧和鼻咽腔侧 不同程度局部隆起。鳞状细胞癌表面凹凸不平。结论 CT的MPR和CTVE能很好地显示软腭和肿瘤的全貌。 MPR显示肿瘤的密度和向周围浸润程度,CTVE能很好地显示口咽腔和鼻咽腔内表面立体图像,类似纤维内镜所 见。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) and CT virtual endoscope(CTVE) of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) in the application of soft palate tumor. Materials and Methods 15 cases included 8 salivary gland mixed tumors, 2 capillary hemangiomas, 3 squamous cell carcinoma and 2 mucous epidermoid cyst. The data of MSCT volumn scanning were transmitted to the AW 4.0 workstation so as to reconstruct MPR and CTVE images. Results On MPR sagittal and coronary plane, 15 cases were found that the soft palates were swelled to different degree, the cavity of nasopharynx and oropharynx were narrow. Salivary gland mixed tumors and mucous epidermoid cysts were depicted as hypodensity with distinct boundary. Squamous cell carcinoma were depicted as indistinct boundary with irregular surface. Canverous angiomas were verified that the soft palates were incrassated diffusely. The soft palates were depicted as locally promonence in each side of the nasopharynx and oropharynx on CTVE images. Conclusion The panorama of soft palate tumor could be accurately manifested by MPR and CTVE. MPR images could show the tumor's density and its invading degree to the surrounding tissues. CTVE imaggs could clearly display the inside surface of nasopharynx and oropharynx similar to the fibroendoscpe.
