摘要
考察了不同结构的含氧化合物对汽油抗爆性能的影响,以便汽油抗爆组分分子结构的设计和不同有机物抗爆性能的推测。在实验过程中筛选出几种酚类化合物和叔丁基含氧化合物等作为汽油抗爆添加剂。实验结果表明,这些含氧化合物具有较好的油溶性和一定的抗爆性。在酚类化舍物中混合甲酚的抗爆性最好,当添加剂的体积分数为1.0%时,加剂油的研究法辛烷值(RON)可以提高1.5。叔丁基含氧化合物大多具有比MTBE更好的抗爆性能,当添加剂的体积分数为3.0%时,加剂油的RON可以提高1.0左右,并且混合甲酚和碳酸二甲酯之间具有明显的协同抗爆作用,当添加剂的体积分数为3.0%时,可将加剂油的RON提高2.9。
Effect of oxygen containing compounds with different structure on antiknock ability of gasoline was investigated in order to design correctly molecular structure of gasoline antiknock component and speculate rationally antiknock ability of different organics. Some of phenol compound and oxygen containing compounds with tertiary butyl group were screened to use as gasoline antiknock additives. Test results show that these oxygen containing compounds have good oil solubility and certain antiknock ability. Among all the studied phenol, blending cresol has the best antiknock ability and the RON of gasoline with 1.0 % (volume fraction) of blending cresol can be increased by 1.5. Most oxygen containing compounds with tertiary butyl group have antiknock ability better than MTBE and the RON of gasoline with 3.0% (volume fraction) of them can be increased by 1.0 or so. Moreover, blending cresol cooperating with dimethyl carbonate has obvious synergic effect on antiknock ability of gasoline and the RON of gasoline with 3.0% (volume fraction) of them could be increased by 2.9.
