香港迪士尼工程具有工期紧、工艺新、标准高、影响大等特点,施工总承包管理难度非常高。工程中标后,经过风险评估,建立了项目施工总承包组织机构,制定了项目实施的目标、策略和各项措施,并贯穿在工程实施全过程中,达到预期目标。
The construction project of Hong Kong Disneyland has many special characteristics such as short construction period, new technology, high standard, big influence etc. The management of general contract is very difficult. When the contract was confirmed, the organization body of the main contract of the project was established after risk assessment. The targets, strategies and various procedures for project implementation were set out. The management system was implemented throughout the construction and the target objectives were achieved.
