摘要
介绍了交联剂FKJ-01的合成,并对其结构用红外进行了表征。用此交联剂预处理羊毛,可使羊毛强力增大,疏水性提高,明显提高分散染料对羊毛纤维的亲合力。实验证明,未经交联剂FKJ-01处理的羊毛用分散染料染色后,染料并未上染到纤维内部,只是晶体颗粒沾染在纤维表面;相反,使用交联剂FKJ-01预处理羊毛后,再用分散染料染织物,染料能进入到羊毛纤维内部,染透性好,与助剂增溶法相比提高了织物的K/S值,且织物表观深度K/S值随着交联剂FKJ-01用量的增加而增加,染色织物的耐洗牢度也有所提高。
In this paper, crosslinking agent FKJ- 01 is synthesized and its structure is characterized. When it is used for wool pretreatment, the research results show that pretreating wool with FKJ - 01 not only can improving the affinity of disperse dye to wool fiber and hydruphobic property of wool, also can improve dyeing capability of disperse dye for wool obviously. What's more, experience proves that after disperse dyeing process, dyes do not enter the inside of wool fiber without been treated by cross linking agent FKJ-01, actually only crystal grain flyblow at the surface of fiber, inversely,the dye uptake inside the fiber is more higher and the dyestuffs full of the interior of wool by pretreating wool with FKJ - 01. Fabric K/S value and washing fastness are improved with the increasing of the dosage of FKJ - 01.
