摘要
文中介绍应用MFCC算法实现的语音识别系统。该系统利用语音中提取的个性特征来识别说话人。系统不仅具有95％的高准确的识别率,还适应于不同语种。
It is introduced in this paper that how to realize Signal Recognition System by use of Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient （MFCC）. The individuality from a period of voice record is used to verify speakers in this system. The system not only has high recognition rate of 95%, but also is fit for different classification of language.
