摘要
采用GC/MS研究了韭菜中挥发性含硫组分,鉴定出3种硫代亚磺酸酯类化合物,其中两种化合物在该植物中为首次发现.通过不同温度条件的GC/MS结果,进一步证实了该植物中挥发性含硫组分并非硫醚及多硫化物,而是硫代亚磺酸酯的分解产物.
Extracts of Allium Tuberosum Rottler from HuBei were analysed by GC/MS using fused silica capilary column with cryogenic on-column injection and initial column temperature and GC/MS transfer line temperature conditions.Thiosulfinates MeS(O)SMe(Ⅰ), MeCH=CHS (O)SMe(Ⅱ), MeCH=CHS(O)Pr(Ⅲ) were identified in Allium Tuberosum Rottler,(Ⅱ)and (Ⅲ)were detected first time from the plant. Furthermore, there are no sulfides or polysulfides, but decomposition products of thiosulfinates was confirmed in the volatile sulfur compounds of the plant.
