摘要
目的研究东紫苏全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱及薄层色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及各种光谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从其乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,其结构鉴定为穗花杉双酮(Ⅰ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、迷迭香酸(Ⅲ)、2-羟甲基-5-甲氧基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、2-羟甲基-5-甲氧基苯基-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅴ为新化合物,命名为东紫苏素A(bod in ierine A),Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ为首次从香薷属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Elsholtzia bodinieri. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel colunm and TCL, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of E. bodinieri, and were identified as amentoflavone (Ⅰ), dacuosterol (Ⅱ ), rosmarinic acid ( Ⅲ ), 2-hydroxymethyl-5-methoxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoisde(Ⅳ), 2-hydroxymethyl-5-methoxyphenyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅴ ), respectively. Conclusion Compound Ⅴ is a new compound and compounds Ⅱ ,Ⅲ , and Ⅳ are isolated fromthe plants of Elsholtzia Willd. for the first time.
