摘要
盘磨机磨片在低温条件下,采用爆炸喷涂新工艺将钴碳化钨粉末材料均匀、牢固地涂于磨片表面,以此来提高盘磨机磨片表面的硬度和耐磨性,减少磨片在工艺处理过程中的变形量,另外还可以提高打浆过程的摩擦系数,防止磨片在工作中产生化学腐蚀作用。通过此技术的使用,最终可有效地提高磨片的使用寿命及打浆效果。
In order to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of the disc in disc refiner, reduce its amount of deformation in the treating processes, improve the coefficient of friction in the beating process and prevent its chemical corrosion in the production, Co-WC powder was coated uniformly and firmly to the surface of the disc in low temperature with the new technology of explosive spraying.
