摘要
本文对192例共259发病例次的急性脑血管病发病日节律与病灶大小进行了探讨,发现脑血管病在一日24小时中有2个发病高峰,其第1个较大的高峰在5~12时,尤以5~9时、特别5~7时为最高峰,第2个较小的高峰在15~19时,对发病的周期性函数曲线拟合方程是:Y=21.22+9.46sin(0.17πt+303)+8.81sin(0.33πt+238)+l.57sin(0.50πt+58),式中Y为发病频数,t为时间,方程P<0.05,拟合效果良好,还进一步对发病形成的病灶大小进行了多元相关与逐步回归分析,获得脑梗塞病灶大小的方程为:T=63.62+109.70x1-79.97x2+2.15x3,式中T为体积(cm3),x1为血小板聚集率,x2为血浆粘度,x3为发病时间,方程R=0.5034,P<0.2,这些结果均显示了在脑血管病发病中时间因素的重要性。
This paper evaluated the onset of acute cerebrovaseular disease,its day-rhythm and the feeus size in 192 patients with total 259 episodes of the onset.The results showed that there were two peaks of the onset in 24 hours of one day,of them the first peak was frorm 5:00 to 12:00,but the highest peak was from 5:00 to 9:00,especially from 5:00 to 7:00,and the second lower peak was from 1 5:00 to 19:00.Its curvilinear fitting equation of periodic function was Y=21.22+9.46 sin(0.17 πt+303)+8.81 sin(0.33πt+238)+1.57 sin(0.50πt +58),where Y was the onset frequency and t was the time,the equation's P<0.05 and the ef-fect of fitting was satisfactory.Further,a multiple correlation and stepwise regression of the fo-cus size was made and the obtained equation was T=63.62+109.70x1-79.97 x2 +2.15 x3,where T was the forus volume(cm3),x1 was platelet aggregation rate,x2 was plasma viscosity and x3 was the onset time,the equation’s R=0.5034(P<0.2).These results showed an impor-tance of the time factor in the onset of cerebrovascular disease.
