摘要
以催化裂化油浆富芳烃馏分为原料,在酸性催化剂的作用下合成了沥青树脂。沥青树脂的流变性质是沥青树脂纤维研制和生产过程中的重要参数,采用粘度-温度曲线、粘度-转速曲线表示。通过非牛顿指数(n)、结构粘度指数(Δη)和粘流活化能(ΔEη)定量研究了沥青树脂的流变性。结果表明,三聚甲醛沥青树脂(RTPF)的n、Δη和ΔEη都明显优于对苯二甲醇沥青树脂(RPXG)相对应的参数,由此可预测RTPF的纺丝可行性优于RPXG。
Under the action of acid catalyst, the pitch resin was synthesized by using aromatic hydrocarbon enriched raw material from FCC slurry. The rheology of pitch resin is one of the important parameters in developing and producing pitch resin fiber, which can be indicated by viscosity-temperature curve and viscosity-rotat speed curve. From the quantitative indexes of non-newtonian exponent (n), structural viscosity index (△η) and the activation energy of the viscous flow (△Eη), the rheology of pitch resin was investigated. The result showed that the n, △η and △Eη of RTPF (Pitch resin made of trioxane cross-linking agent) were better than those of RPXG (Pitch resin made of 1,4-benzenedimethanol) , then it is predicted that RTPF has good spinning properties.
