摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白27(HSP27)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)在正常大肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤和大肠癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测HSP27和GST在大肠组织中的表达。结果HSP27在正常肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤、无淋巴结转移的大肠癌、有淋巴结转移的大肠癌中表达阳性率分别为30%,33.3%,65%,70%,多组间比较具有显著性差异(χ2=12.723,P=0.013)。两组间比较发现,HSP27表达率在正常组与大肠癌组存在差异,在有淋巴结转移的大肠癌组中的表达具有差异最为显著(χ2=8.688,P=0.003),而其它组间比较无显著性差异。GST在正常肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤、无淋巴结转移的大肠癌、有淋巴结转移的大肠癌中表达阳性率分别为60%,80.9%,90%,100%,多组间比较具有显著性差异(χ2=16.707,P=0.001);进一步进行两组间比较发现,GST表达率在有淋巴结转移的大肠癌组中的表达具有差异最为显著(χ2=10.909,P=0.001),而其它组间比较无显著性差异。GST和HSP27表达无显著相关。结论HSP27和GST在大肠癌中的表达可能在大肠癌发生发展中发挥作用,特别在大肠癌恶性演进中以及预后预测中具有重要意义,可能作为独立的生物标志物。
Objective To observe the heat shock protein 27 and glutathione S-transferase expression in eolorectal carcinoma, premalignant lesion, normal tissues and clinical pathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used in this study. Result The rates of HSP27 positivity were 30%, 33.3% ,65%, 70%, 73.7%, respectively. The rates of GST positivity were 60% ,80.9% ,90%, 100% in normal group, adenoma group, colorectal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis, colorectal carcinoma without lymph node metastasis. There were differences in HSP27 and GST expression between the colorectal carcinoma group and the normal group, and significant differences existed between the normal group and the colorectal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion This results suggested that expressions of HSP27 and GST could participate in colorectal carcinoma carcinogenesis and malignant progression, especially might play a role in progression of carcinoma and prognosis and might be expected to become independent biomarker.
