摘要
导电杆运动机构在偏折式户外高压隔离开关的传动系统中是最重要、最复杂的。根据齿轮—齿条传动的导电杆运动机构的运动原理,建立了计算动触头运动轨迹的数学模型,利用模拟分析程序绘出轨迹曲线进行分析。应用遗传算法原理对导电杆运动机构的主要参数进行了优化设计,获得理想的动触头运动轨迹曲线,提高了传动系统的可靠性。
The conductor leader movement mechanism is the most important and complicated among the transmission systems of the semi-pantograph outdoors high-voltage disconnector. According to the conductor leader movement mechanism driving by the gear-rack, this paper establishes the mathematic formula of the moving contact's movement track, analyses the movement track curves drawn by the simulation analysis software. The main parameters of the conductor leader movement mechanism is optimized by the method of Genetic Algorithm. An ideal movement track curves is acquired in order to improve the reliability of the transmission system.
