摘要
采用有限元分析软件MARC,基于三维弹塑性有限元理论建立有限元模型,实现了对倾斜类管件旋压成形过程的数值模拟,阐述了倾斜管件正旋时旋压力的变化特征,探讨了工艺参数对旋压力的影响规律,研究结果为工艺参数的确定及优化提供了依据。在理论分析的同时,进行了倾斜类管件旋压成形工艺试验,模拟结果与工艺试验吻合较好。
Based on 3D ELASTIC-PLASTIC theory, a finite element model has been established to analysis the spin-forming of the oblique tubes by the finite element software, MSC. MARC. In this paper, the distribution characteristics of the spinning force of the oblique tubes is presented, the effects of processing parameter on spinning force .are also explicated. The study provides a theoretical foundation for the designation and the optimization of the parameters. The simulation results conform well to the experimental one for several processing parameters.
