中药“前愈”的药效学初步研究

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Chinese Herbal Drug QianYu

[目的]探索中药“前愈”对慢性前列腺炎的疗效。[方法]角叉菜胶和标准大肠埃希氏菌分别形成大鼠非细菌性和细菌性前列腺炎模型,分组,灌胃给药,通过外观和组织学观察,及中药“前愈”体外抑菌实验,来进行慢性前列腺炎的药效学初步研究。[结果]形成典型的前列腺炎动物模型,“前愈”治疗组和模型对照组前列腺炎症有明显差别,抑菌实验显示“前愈”有明显的抑菌和杀菌效果。[结论]中药“前愈”对大鼠慢性非细菌性和细菌性前列腺炎有显著的疗效,“前愈”对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、木糖葡萄球菌和克雷伯杆菌都有明显的抑菌和杀菌效果。

[Objective]To research the effect of Chinese herbal drug QianYu on chronic prostatitis. [Method] Use the carrageenin and the standard Escherichia coliand configurated for typical animal prostatitis models. The rats were divided into different groups. Through observing outwardly by eyes and with microscope, examine the change of histology and research in vitro inhibition effect of QianYu against bacteria, study on pharmacodynamics of Chinese herbal drug QianYu to chronic prostatitis. [Results] Typical animal prostatitis model configurated, there＇s obvious difference between the QianYu group and the model group and QianYu has obvious effect of in vitro inhibition and bactericide. [Conclusion]QianYu has obvious effect on chronic prostatitis and has ostensible effect of in vitro inhibition and bactericide against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus xylosus and Klebsiella.
