摘要
本文介绍通过储能切换法在高真空双T腔内实现高功率微波脉冲的压缩。文章中分析了微波开关的机理并介绍了实验。实验表明,高真空条件下的自击穿微波开关能够满足储能切换的要求,开关击穿时刻的不同会导致输出功率的变化。本文还介绍了高真空条件下的可控外触发微波开关的设计及其初步实验。
The mechanism of microwave switches is analyzed and the experiment results are presented. It is proved by experiments that the spontaneous breakdown can be used as a high power microwave switch in a high vacuum double T resonant cavity with the output pulse power of more than 100 MW. Meanwhile, the experiment indicates that the output pulse power is changing with different breakdown moment. A design of the provocative gas discharge switch is also presented in this paper with some primary experiments results.
