摘要
基于多重分形分析对心动过速(VT)与心室纤颤(VF)进行了研究。通过直接计算f(α)奇异谱的方法,计算出VF和VT信号的奇异谱,发现这两种信号奇异谱曲线所包含的面积存在较大差异,并且在大多数情况下VF信号的奇异谱曲线面积大于VT信号。本文用奇异谱曲线面积作为区分VF和VT的一个判据。实验证实该判据可有效区分VF和VT。
The ventricular tachycardia (VT) and the ventricular fibrillation (VF) are studied based on the multifractal analysis. By directly determinating of f(a) singularity spectrum, the areas of the VF and the VT singularity spectrum are calculated. And the area of the VF singularity spectrum tends to be larger than that of VT. So the area is used as a criteria for discriminating VF and VT. The experiment demonstrates that the criteria is effective.
