摘要
目的:研究野生及栽培甘草的质量区别。方法:建立野生及栽培甘草的HPLC指纹图谱(Cro-masil ODS色谱柱;0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相;梯度洗脱)并进行对比分析;利用MS/MS技术推测化合物结构。结果:鉴定了部分成分的化学结构;野生与栽培甘草所含成分大部分相同,仅有少量区别;栽培甘草中少数成分随栽培年限不同有所变化。结论:本方法灵敏度高,分析快速、准确,可以为甘草药材内在质量控制提供依据。
AIM: To study the quality disparities between wild and cultivated licorice root. METHOD: HPLC fingerprint of Radix Glycymhizae was established (Cromasil ODS column; 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase; gradient elute, etc); The HPLC fingerprints of wild and cultivated licorice root was compared. RESULTS: Some peaks were identified by MS/MS; The fingerprints of them had lettle difference; The contents of two constituents in cultivated licorice root of different growing years were varied dynamically. CONCLUSION: The method is convenient, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Radix Glycyrrhizae.
