自然周期IVF-ET技术在辅助生殖中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 自然周期体外受精-胚胎移植(NC-IVF-ET)技术由于不使用促排卵药物,因而经济、安全。虽然周期临床妊娠率偏低,但某些原因的不孕症中,其累积临床妊娠率可达46%。且在卵巢反应不良、高龄妇女的助孕治疗中和促排卵周期获得相同的妊娠率,因而在不孕治疗中具有一定的应用价值。
