摘要
采用不同的方法和原料制得不同晶型CdS微粒,制成气敏元件对其进行测试,实验表明CdS样品对乙醇都有很好的灵敏度和选择性,但原料及晶型对CdS的酒敏性有一定影响。
The CdS powders with different crystal structure were obtained by two preparation methods using Cd (NO3)2 · 4H2O or CdCl2 · 2.5H2O as the raw material, respectively. The gas-sensing properties were studied and the results revealed that all the sensors based on CdS showed high sensitivity and selectivity to ethanol gas. But the raw materials and crystal structure had an effect on the ethanol-sensing properties of CdS.
