基层派出所涉外警务的新思考

The New Thought of Policing Concerning Foreigners at Basic Level Police Station

我国的涉外警务出现了新的情况,比较突出的是治安管理范围扩大,国内安全保卫形势严峻,刑事犯罪呈上升态势。基层涉外警务的任务越来越繁重,执法活动的中外接轨,系统管理的加强、职能定位的改变,都是派出所的涉外警务所必须注意的。

The policing concerning foreigners has new sitituation in our country.The main point is the expanding of administration of piblic order in range . Defensive and safe situation is strict at home .Because criminals are increasing ,the task of basic level police station is more and more arduous enforce law. we must pay attention to the activity of reinforce of systematic management and the change of function orientation in the cinnection with China and foreign countries.
