摘要
目的:优选东紫苏中齐墩果酸的提取工艺。方法:应用微波辅助流动萃取法,以齐墩果酸含量为指标,通过正交试验法优选提取工艺;以薄层层析-分光光度法测定齐墩果酸的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺条件即微波功率为600W、萃取溶剂为甲醇、溶剂流速为8ml/min、萃取管内径为10mm。结论:微波辅助流动萃取法具有简单、安全、快速、准确、萃取率高等优点。优选的提取工艺稳定、可行,适合工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of oleanolic acid from Elsholtzia bodinieri V.METHODS: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal - test using microwave - assisted dynamic extraction method with oleanolie acid as index; And the content of oleanolic acid was determined by TLC- speetrophotometry.RESULTS: The optimum extraction condition was described as follows,the microwave power is 600W with methanol as extracting solvent,the flow rate was 8ml/ min and the inner diameter of extraction tube was 10mm.CONCLUSIONS: The microwave- assisted dynamic extraction method is simple, safe, rapid, accurate and with high extraction yield .The optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible, and suitable for industrialized production.
