摘要
从分析刀具轨迹动力学特性入手,通过对CLS文件分析,结合工厂加工叶片的实际情况,发现了影响叶片缘头表面质量的关键性因素,并提出解决的办法。
In recent years, spiral machining is becoming popular in domestic factory because of its advantages over traditional method such as fewer times of clamping, more smooth path, higher machining quality and efficiency. However, there exist some machining difficulties, especially in the edge area. In this paper, a solution based on tool dynamics characteristic is proposed by analyzing the CLS files, considering the actual feed rate capacity of specified machine tool and finding out the key factor that influences the machining quality of blade surface.
