摘要
研究了芳纶帆布作为输送带骨架材料与橡胶的黏合,通过试验,确定了芳纶作为输送带骨架材料的贴胶配方。间、甲、白体系能够赋予芳纶帆布的层间有较高的黏合强度;混炼工艺——黏合剂的加入时间和温度,对贴胶与芳纶帆布的黏合效果有很大影响。
Study the aramid canvas taken as the reinforced material of conveyor belt sticked with rubber, through the experiment, declded the aramid as the glue formula of the framework material of the conveyor belt. meta-toluylene-leuco system can endow wlth much sticky strength between the layers of aramid canvas, mixing process such as adding tlme and temperature of stacking agent, which has the obvious affect of the adhesive compound of aramid canvas.
