摘要
且不服务性企业在对自身评价时习惯于凭感性和直觉,且多从自己经营角度考虑问题,其在竞争中不能发现自身弱点,具有强有力的竞争优势。利用未确知测度综合评价模型,给出一种分析服务企业优劣势的方法,并对某高校学生饭厅作了实证研究。该方法的可操作性强,结果比较客观,是企业进行自我诊断的一个新的更合理的分析方法。
Service enterprises axe used to evaluating themselves depending on sensibility and intuition from the point of view of management. As a result, many service enterprises are blind to their weaknesses and cannot build strong competitive superiority. This paper presents a method to analyze the advantage and disadvantage i^f a service enterprise based on the unascertained measurement evaluation method, and makes an empirical study on the student refectory of a university. The proposed method is more reasonable for.enterprises to make self-diagnoses because of its strong operability and relatively impersonal result.
