Recent Development of Near Net Shape Continuous Casting for Steels

近终形连铸技术主要包括薄带及薄板坯连铸技术,是一项集冶金、材料、机械、自控等多学科交叉的重大高新技术。综述了薄带及薄板坯连铸技术的国外最新进展,分析了存在的问题及发展趋势,讨论了我国在该技术发展和应用上的现状及前景,提出了若干建议。

Near net shape continuous casting is an attractive high-tech- nology mainly including thin slab casting and thin strip casting. In this paper,the recent development of thin slab casting and thin strip casting is reviewed,the exis-ting problems are analysized ,and the research status and future trend of this tech-nology in China are discussed.
