摘要
苏云金芽孢杆菌“94001”菌株最佳发酵工艺条件是通气量10∶.5~1.2V.V-1.min-1,培养温度34℃,搅拌速度250r.min-1。经40m3发酵罐发酵试验,平均发酵效价为6484IU.μL-1,平均晶体蛋白含量为0.61%。
The fermentation technology of Bacillus thuringiensis bacillin "94001" was studied in this paper.Experimental results of 2.3m^3 fermenter showed that the most favorable ventilatation quantity was 1:0.5-1.2, temperature was 34℃, rotating speed was 250r·min^-1. By experimentation of 40m^3 fermenter,the value of potency and crystal protein content reached 6 484I-U·μL^-1 and 0.61% respectively.
