摘要
目的:探讨肠道细菌潜生体诱导因素的种类及特点。方法:采用药敏试验和大鼠体内用药后分离肠道细菌进行显微培养的方法,观察抗生素和人类生活中常接触的化学物质对大鼠肠道常见细菌形成肠道细菌潜生体的诱导作用。结果:新型抗生素如西力欣、氧氟沙星和氨苄青霉素几乎全部可以导致肠道菌群出现肠道细菌潜生体,诱导作用强,而氯霉素、土霉素等诱导作用弱。此外,残留量的杀虫剂、洗涤剂,以及市售的部分化妆品如口红等可不同程度地诱导大鼠肠道内或分离的肠道菌形成肠道细菌潜生体。这些肠道细菌潜生体主要由大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、假单胞菌等肠道中常见细菌形成。结论:人类生活和医疗实践中常接触的物质大多可诱导肠道细菌潜生体产生,尤其是目前临床常用抗生素诱导作用较强。提示细菌肠道细菌潜生体可能是在现代社会中伴随新抗生素、新型生活用品的广泛应用,某些疾病如肠易激综合征发病率上升的一个重要相关因素。
Objective To explore the categories and characteristics of factors inducing the intestinal bacteria to transform into cryptic growth cells. Methods K-B drug-sensitive test and the isolated culture of bacteria, existing in the form of cryptic growth cells in the feces sample after the drug being used to the rat and recognized under the microscope, were employed to test the effects of antibiotics and some of chemical substances frequently used in the daily life of the human beings, to the intestinal flora of rat. Results The newly used antibiotics such as cefuroxime and levofloxacin as well as ampicillin showed dramatically inducing effects, whereas, those were seldom used presently,such as chloromycetin, terramycin possessed little effects on cryptic growth cells forming. Moreover,the remnant pesticide, scour and some lipstick could lead to cryptic growth cells formation to a certain extent. The result also indicated that bacterial cryptic growth cells were originated mainly from the genis of E. coli, Preteus and Pseudomonas but not others among intestinal bacteria. Conclusion Most of the substances being frequently occurred in the daily life and medical practice can cause the formation of cryptic growth cell. Among them, antibiotics used in clinic nowadays exhibits potential effects. It is suggested that the bacterial cryptic growth cell may be one of the important relevant factors to the rising of incidence of some diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome corresponding with the widely application of the newly formed antibiotics and other daily used substances.
