摘要
神经元烟碱受体广泛地分布于中枢神经系统并参与脑内信号传导系统的调节过程。烟碱受体对钙离子通透的特点在其中发挥了重要的作用。这种激活烟碱受体产生的由钙离子介导的复杂的信息传递或许与学习记忆的提高、药物成瘾或神经保护机制有密切的关系。
Neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) are widely distributed in the central nervous system, and they participate in complex neuronal signal transduction and regulation in the brain. The high Ca^2+ permeability of nAChRs, plays a pivotal role in shaping nAChRs-induced neuromodulatory effects. The nAChRsmediated Ca^2+ signals may regulate diverse neuronal ac-tivities such as the improvement of learning and memory, and are closely related to drug addiction or neuroprotection mechanism.
