摘要 在6月初时体长225-468 mm的个体,绝对怀卵数2684±1029粒,卵子为橘黄色,卵径平均2 mm,在水温15~17℃时,受精卵需要约96 h以上的胚胎发育出膜。人工催产试验以LHRH-A、HCG和DOS等不同种类和剂量试验,结果混合组获得产卵率85%,受精率75%的效果。苗种培育每亩投放鱼苗3万尾,经3个月培育结果表明,体长由1.21 cm增长至15.31 cm,体重由0.023 g/尾增重至28.25g/尾,成活率达96.8%。对肌肉营养组成进行分析,结果肌肉中粗蛋白含量为67.11%~82.11%;粗脂肪含量为8.90%~23.74%;灰分含量为4.95%~6.24%。 The females of bullhead with the body length between 225 and 468mm, the absolute fecundity is 2684 ± 1029, and the saffron yellow egg, its average diameter 2 mm at the spawning time about the first of June of each year, the incubating temperature between 15 - 17 ℃, fertilized egg were hatched for about 96hours into larva phase, the artificial capacitating trails along with the different dosages of LHRH - A, HCG and DOS were carried out, the results showed that the mixed group had a good performance, spawning rate and fertilized rate was 85%, 75% respectively, the fry were reared for 3months with the density of 30 thousand/667m2 in the earth pond, the average body length increased to 15. 31 cm from the 1.21 cm, and the average bogy weight reached 28. 25 g from 0. 023 g, moreover the survival rate was 96. 8%. Nutritional compositions of muscle were analyzed, the results demonstrated that the content of crude protein, crude fat and ash were 67. 11 - 82. 11%, 8. 90 - 23. 74% and 4. 95 - 6. 24% respectively.
