摘要 YBF系列高压防爆风机的绝大部分故障是滚动轴承的故障。通过对轴承故障频发的原因分析,找出轴承故障主要是因为其受力复杂、注排油困难、风机叶轮安装不当、维护不够等造成的,从而提出改进措施,得出必须合理选择轴承及其润滑方式,减少损伤和加强维护等,以确保其安全可靠性。 All most of the faults of Series YBF HV Ex Blower Fan are those on rolling bearings which are the potential safety hazards for coal mine. By case analyses on the malfunction of shaft bearing frequently occured, the causes of these faults are found, mainly by complicated force subjected, difficulty in oil pour/drain, unsuitable fixing of the impellers, insufficient maintenance and so on. Aimed to these caused, improvement has put forward in order to decrease the damage by proper selection of the bearing and its lubrication, as well as the corrective maintenance.
