摘要
目的 探讨湖北麦冬种质改良的途径。方法 利用茎尖分生组织离体培养技术再生植株。结果 茎尖外植体愈伤组织诱导，不定芽分化与增殖的适宜培养基为MS＋BA（1．0～2．0）mg／L＋IBA（0．1～0.3）mg／L；生根适宜培养基为1／2MS＋NAA0．1或IBA0、1～0．3或IAA0．3。结论 初步试验湖北麦冬茎尖再生植株生产性状优于当地品种。
Objective To explore the way to improve the germplasm of Liriope spicata var, prolifera Y. T. Ma. Methods Make use of stem tip meristem tissue in vitro culture technology to regenerate plant. Results The suitable culture medium of step tip explant eaclus tissues abcluetian and indefinite pud differentiation and mutiplieation is MS ＋ BA 1.0 - 2, 0 ＋ IBA 0. 1-0. 3, the suitable culture medium of radieation is 1/2MS ＋ NAA 0. 1 or IBA 0.1 -0. 3 or IAA0. 3. Conclusion Experiment shows that the produce character of lirlope spicata var. prolifera Y. T. Ma regeneration plant initial is better than local variety.
