摘要
以南阳酵母NY-01为出发菌株,用紫外线对其原生质体进行诱变处理后,对甜高粱茎秆汁液进行发酵试验,结果表明,经过紫外线照射30s后,获得了一株酒精发酵高产菌株,酒精产率达到了14.3%,比出发菌株提高了20.1%;发酵周期40h,比出发菌株缩短了5h。
Nan Yang yeast NY-01 was selected as original strata and its protoplast was mutated by UV-rays. The results showed after being treated by UV-rays for 30s, the mutant strain was obtained. Through the fermenting test of the sweet sorghum stem juice, the mutant strain was found to exhibit a higher liquor yield rate. The alcohol content reached 14.3%, 20.1% higher than the original stain.And the fermenting period was 40 hours, 5 hours less than the original strain.
