摘要
在对我国人才流失实际状况研究的基础上,进一步对其形成原因和可能对我国形成的影响进行了分析,最后提出具有针对性的遏制和控制人才流失的对策建议。
Based on the research of the actual state of talent loss in our country, the forming causes and the influence on our country are analyzed and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to contain talent loss being directed against the present situations at last.
