一次性运动负荷练习对人体尿中羟脯氨酸排泄规律的影响 被引量:1

摘要 测定男性运动员安静状态和一次性负荷练习后24 h内尿羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的排泄情况,分析结果表明,安静状态下人体尿Hyp的排出量24 h内比较均匀,其同尿Hyp/Cr比值与24 h总尿Hyp的排量相关性较高的时间段是20:00~23:00时段,一次高负荷练习后没有改变各时段的尿Hyp排出量和24 h尿Hyp排出总量. Twenty-four hour urea Hyp excretion at rest and after a high weight training was examined among male players. The results indicated that Urea Hyp of male player excreted homogenously at rest on 24 h; there existed a high correlation between urea Hyp/Cr of the phase of 20 : 004 23 : 00 to the total 24 h urea Hyp excretion ; total urea Hyp post-exercise and urea Hyp excretion velocity at phases did not alter after a high weight training.
