摘要
以3,5-二硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯为原料,通过与水合肼、盐酸氨基脲、乙醇胺、盐酸羟胺的脱氯胺化反应,合成了6个含氟化合物,产率最高达94.4%,并通过红外(IR)光谱、核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)和元素分析对它们的结构进行了表征.结果表明,底物中氯原子的活泼性越高越有利于脱氯胺化反应进行.
Six compounds containing fluorine were synthesized using 3,5-dinitro-4-chlrobenzotrifluoride and hydrazine hydrate, semicarbazide hydrochloride, ethanolamine, hydroxylamine hydrochoride by dechlorination and amination, and the best yield is 94.4%. The Structures of corresponding compounds were determined by means of IR, NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The results reveal that the higher reactivity of the chloride atom in the substrate is favorable to the reaction.
