夜来香提取物抑菌活性的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Antimicrobial Activity of Cestrum nocturnum L.

目的:研究夜来香提取物的抑菌活性。方法:通过滤纸片对夜来香提取物进行了抑菌试验。结果:不同浓度的夜来香提取物对痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果,随着夜来香提取物浓度的增加,其对痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌作用增强,呈一定的剂量依赖性。但夜来香提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌却无抑菌效果。结论:夜来香提取物对痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌有显著的抑菌作用。

Objective：To study the antimicrobial activity of Cestrum noctumum L.. Methods：Antimicrobial activity of Cestrum noctumum L. of three kinds of concentrations were experimented with filter paper. Results ： Cestrum noctumum L. shows antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli and escherichia coli. With the increase of concentration of Cestrum noctumum L. , the antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli and escherichia coli also increased. But they had no antimicrobial activity to staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion ： Cestrum noctumum L. has remarkable antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli and escherichia coll.
