蜈蚣等复方中药对遗传性震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的作用

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Compound with Scolopendra on Absence-like Seizures of Tremor Rats

目的:观察由蜈蚣、全蝎、制南星、石菖蒲、郁金、甘草等组成的复方中药对遗传性震颤大鼠的作用。方法:遗传性震颤大鼠脑海马和皮质慢性安插电极,连续记录灌胃给药前及给药不同时间后的脑电图。结果:复方中药明显抑制了震颤大鼠平均每次癫痫小发作的持续时间(P<0．01),在给药5天后1h,6天后1h及停药1天后分别降低了(17±4)％,(35±6)％及(46±6)％。结论:由蜈蚣、全蝎、制南星、石菖蒲、郁金、甘草等组成的复方中药具有明显的对抗遗传性震颤大鼠的作用。

Objective： To study the effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Scorpion, Arisacma Consanguineum, Acorigraminei rhizoma, Curcuma, liquiritia and etc on absence-like seizures in tremor rats. Methods： The electrodes were implanted in cortical and hippocampus of rats. The electroencephalograms （EEG） before and after administration of traditional Chinese medicinal compound were continuously recorded. Results： The duration of each absence-like seizure was significantly reduced by （17± 4）%, （35 ± 6） % and （46 ± 6） % （P〈0.01） on the 5th day an hour and 6th day an hour after administration mad on the 1st day an hour after stopping administration of traditional Chinese medicinal compound. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Seolopendra, Scorpion, Arisacm Consanguineum, Acori graminei rhizoma, Curcuma, liquiritia and etc is effective against absence-like seizures on tremor rats .
