摘要
目的研究东紫苏(Elsholtzia bodinieri)全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱及薄层色谱进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定其结构。结果从东紫苏全草的乙醇提取物中分离出6种化合物,分别鉴定为:三达右松脂-15-烯-8β,12β-二醇(1),表没食子儿茶素(2),小麦黄酮(3),金合欢素(4),槲皮素(5)和β-谷甾醇(6)。结论化合物1和2为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Elsholtzia bodinieri in Gansu,China. Methed The chemical constituents were extracted and separated by using silica gel column chromatography and TCL. The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Elsholtzia bodinieri , their structures were elucidated as sandaracopimar-15-en-8β,12β-diol (1), epi- gallocatechin (2), tricin (3), acacetin (4), quercetin (5) and β-sitosterol (6). Conclusion Compound 1 and 2 are isolated from this species for the first time.
