摘要
目的:研究同一肝癌患者配对肝癌组织与非癌肝组织基因组之差异。方法:应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析技术。结果:6例配对标本作基因组差异分析显示,与各自配对的非癌肝组织相比,所有肝癌组织基因组DNA的RAPD指纹图谱均存在差异,其中3例配对肝癌基因组中均存在一相同的0.9kb的随机扩增片段。结论:RAPD技术为差异基因分析提供了一有效方法。
Objective:Study the genomic variant in primary hepatic cellular cancer.Methods:Randomamplified polymorphic DNA fingerprinting analyxis was used.Results:DNA samples from genomes of 6matched HCC and non-heoatoma liver tissues were randomly amplified with a 19nt arbitrary primer.The produced RAPD band profile;were different in each matched HCC and non-hepatoma liver tissue,and a 0.9kb DNA band was found in 3/6 HCC samples but in none of matched non-hepatoma liver tis-sue,Conclusion:RAPD can be used to identify variant genes in genome.
